What File Should I start with?
I always recommend starting with the "General Submission Enhancer". It is a great starter file and builds in a full induction. My other files are made to compliment and build on the General Submission Enhancers, and you will experience better results with the other files if you have listened and responded well to this introductory file.

Where should I listen to Hypno Files?
​
For best results, you are going to want to find somewhere quiet and comfortable, where you can relax without being disturbed. A bed, living room couch or comfortable chair you wont fall out of if you fall into trance or asleep in are perfect places. Make sure to put your phone and other distractions on silent or airplane mode.

Important Note: Hypnosis is meant to help you enter a state of deep relaxation and shift your attention and focus. Only listen to my audio files in a safe place. Do not listen to files while operating a motor vehicle or are undertaking any other activity that requires your full attention.

What is that soft pulsing sound in the background of some of your files?
​
I use isochronic tones in the background of the files as a method of brainwave entrainment to help push your mind to take you into trance. Trance, just like deep sleep, light sleep or wakefullness are all marked by different patterns of brainwave activity. The frequency of the pulses is matched to that of a state of trance, in between the Alpha (idle state, day dreaming, meditating) and Theta (light sleep, loss of conscious thought, dreaming).

Current research is not conclusive on the efficacy of these to induce trance, but research has shown them effective in producing some form of brain activity. At a minimum, they produce a relaxing background for files!
